Defaults Tab

To configure the default settings for an everyday user process template:

  1. On the Everyday User Process Template dialog, click the Defaults tab.
  1. Enter the default values for Event Type, Event Name, Building, Event Time Start/End, and Time Zone.

    These default values automatically populate the fields on the Room Requests page, you can edit them. If an event type is not available, you can configure it. If a building is not available, you can configure it.

  1. Continue with other template configuration.
  2. Click OK.
  3. For an Everyday User to be able to view and use this template, assign the user to the template.
