Manage Attendees and Visitors

Visitor management is an optional feature that your administrator can enable on booking templates so that visitors can be added to your meetings in EMS Desktop Client and EMS Web App (or VEMS if on V44). If the feature is enabled, you can:

Advanced Visitor Management

If you purchase the Advanced Visitor Management module, you can:

  • check in unregistered visitors to an event
  • check out unregistered visitors from an event
  • print badges for all attendees and visitors (registered and unregistered)
  • import a list of attendees using the Add Booking Details wizard in the EMS Desktop Client Navigator
