Reporting
EMS Flex reports are available in Administration > Reporting. The report shows space and room utilization based on your selected options:

Date – Ranges include this week, last week, this month, last month, this year, last year, or custom date range.

Time – All day, morning, afternoon, or custom time range

Buildings – All buildings or a specific building

Floors – All floors or a specific floor
After you select options, you can view metrics for the following:
Space utilization

Spaces – total number of spaces based on building and floor selection

Total booking hours
-
Average booking time
Room utilization
-
Rooms – total number of rooms based on building and floor selection

Total booking hours
-
Average booking time
The visual reports include a circle chart to view the space and room percentage utilization at a glance. The circle chart shows the percentage for utilized and not utilized.
Bookings Report
The bookings report gives you a list view of details for each of the following based on the options you selected:

Space
-
Room
-
Floor
-
Building
-
Date

Time – If a user created a booking using a custom time, that booking appears in the list within the appropriate time frame and gets counted in the utilization. For example, if the custom time is from 3 PM to 5 PM, the booking appears in the list when All day or Afternoon are selected. It will not appear if Morning is selected.

You can also delete any booking from the list. It’s a helpful tool if you're a facilities manager. For example, if someone booked a space but didn’t show up, you can delete the booking to avoid impacting utilization. Or if an employee leaves the company but has one or more bookings, you can delete them.

Go to Administration > Reporting.

Select options with which to view the report.

To delete a booking, click the trash can icon for any booking.

In the confirmation dialog, click Delete.
The utilization report updates based on the new information.
