Using Google Chrome

To access EMS Web App using Google Chrome you need to switch to incognito mode or clear cache / cookies.

To open an incognito window:

1. Open Google Chrome.
2. On the top right click More .
3. Select New Incognito Window.

Workaround

Disable the following cookies.

• chrome://flags/#same-site-by-default-cookies

• chrome://flags/#cookies-without-same-site-must-be-secure

To disable the above cookies:

1. Navigate to chrome://flags/#same-site-by-default-cookies on your Google Chrome browser.
2. In the SameSite by default cookies dropdown select Disabled.
3. In the Cookies without SameSite must be secure dropdown select Disabled.
4. Click Relaunch.
